We have enjoyed working with Parker LLC. Ryan and his crew are honest, on-time, on-budget, and always courteous of our personal space and privacy. To date, they have built us an accessory dwelling unit (small, detached guest house) and updated our kitchen. We plan to work with them again for a large home addition as well. We needed Parker LLC to help repair a substantial amount of incorrect concrete work done on our new basement by another contractor. Ryan and team were able to keep us informed of unforeseen work encountered during the repair. Ryan gave us repair options and was very honest and transparent with feedback and recommended remediation. He even worked with the original engineer on our project onsite to make sure the correct repairs were done on our basement so we wouldn't have to worry about repairs 10-15 yrs down the road. We hired Parker LLC to add master bath addition and reconstruct a new larger garage. Project finished within reasonable time frame considering the harshest winter on record. I appreciate the very open dialogue I had with Ryan and crew during the construction period. Ryan has always been easy to contact and was consistently available to meet on site to discuss issues common to construction projects. Care was always taken to protect the property as we were living on site during the project. The quality of workmanship was very good and we greatly enjoy the final product and living in our new spaces.
